TUCKERTON, NJ (OCEAN)At a special council meeting late yesterday afternoon the Borough of Tuckerton Council passed a Resolution Suspending Emergency Service From The Tuckerton Volunteer Fire Company No. Pursuant to those Directives, the Attorney Generals Office conducted an independent review of the use of force and agreed with OCPOs determination that there were no material facts in dispute and that the use of force by the officer was justified.
